Five stars for Classic Ace! I recently purchased a Weber Searwood from them, and the entire team was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Delivery was right on time, and they went above and beyond to place it exactly where I wanted. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family looking for a barbecue!
Short story, I was trying to get a key made for my Ford Fusion and I swear every place either charged me an arm and an leg or they did cut me a key but it did not work for my car. Last week, I happen to stumble upon Ace Hardware website and saw that they made keys for cars as well. Knowing my past experience, I didn't think it would work but I thought to try it anyways. Was I wrong! Not only did Zack (I believe that was his name, if not sorry) tried to help me with another problem (he couldn't do it but he tried his best lol) but he cut me a key and it actually worked this time! He also provided me with great laughs and walk to the car to make it worked. Amazing guy to have at your company. However, everyone that I did encounter at the store was really friendly as well. I wish I would've found Ace first. Best experience I ever had! I will be back soon to get my second key and keys I need in the future!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. It doesn't matter what you need, they know where it is and if you don't know what you need, they will know and tell you. This is your old-school hardware store that still actually gives you customer service.
The nicest, friendlies, cleanest store you can find. In less than 5 minutes, I had 4 employees ask how I was doing and if I needed help. I was walked to the aisle to find what I asked. Everyone was helpful and the store had everything I needed. The convenience of a big chain’s website allows to know what is in stock, but the customer service is TOP NOTCH as soon as you pull into the parking lot. I even had the door held for me as I left. They also have a large selection of grilling accessories, coolers, garden flags, and YETI products. Totally made my day of running errands. Thank you to all the Ace Hardware staff!
