My first time at this Ace Hardware location and I was impressed! The store was large, very clean and well laid out with plenty of room to move in without bumping into another customer. I was first greeted by the check out cashier who listened to my product description and she directed me to an aisle. While approaching the aisle, another sales member greeted me, asked what I wanted and took me to the aisle and to the product and its exact location. He identified the product and advised me upon what one to select. He left after asking me if I needed any more help. I made my selection and headed toward the check out. There was only one person ahead of me and it was a quick wait. It was a different lady who checked me out, very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience and I will come back to this Ace Hardware.

I love the service department at the Greenville location. Jonathon is always extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Their technicians Scott and Jon went above and beyond in explaining any mechanical issues, and how to prevent issues in the future. Everyone that works in that department deserves recognition from the front desk to the technicians.

The store itself was great. I had a lady working the floor ask me if I needed help and she helped me with what I was looking for which wasn't there but gave excellent customer service. I went to my car and said to myself let me grab another item on my list that I had forgotten about inside so I came back in and found the item and wen to tue register. There were two women there, the young lady was counting her drawer and the older lady helped me. The only thing she said was did I have a phone number which I didn't and not even sure if I was supposed to register it with ACE Hardware or not. She told me the total and the whole time I was speaking to her saying mice will tear your car up thats why I was there. She completely ignored me. It wasn't a big deal because the gentleman in line actually responded to me. He chatted with me then as I was walking away. She stated talking with him and kindly. Maybe he was a regular thats fine but I felt violated as I done something wrong being a nice customer who speaks to everyone kindly. Let me be clear with this. Im not Caucasian I'm Black and a born American. With all I've been through the last thing I want is to be treated differently because someone feels a certain way. Treat all your customers equal. Your on the clock and being paid to work. If a person doesn't like certain people fine whatever but leave it at the door before you clock in. Just for the record and let me be Very Clear about thos here, I'm actually a Army Ranger. Its sad when no longer in a uniform and some look at your and your skin tone. People really show their horns. Its ridiculous. Maybe she should retire or work in a warehouse where no customer will be there to interact with her. Have a great Easter 🐣

I went in there the other day and Marc W. Helped me figure out the best herbicide combination for the weeds in my house. We went through a bunch scenarios and he and another guy gave me their personal recipe. It was very thoughtful and helpful. Kudos to Marc and the staff there!

We went to look at pavers for a patio project. The selection they have is very good. Mark Wilson worked with us and helped us decide what materials would work best for our project. He spent a lot of time showing us the different types and colors available and is very knowledgeable about the products. We would definitely recommend this location. They also have a large store with everything from bird feeders to wood chips for your grill. It’s a great place for everything.
