Ollie was my sales negotiator at Hawes& Co and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! The Hawes & Co team have been genuinely fantastic, from start to finish. Responsive, empathetic and helpful. They have gone over and above in every respect and it has been my absolute pleasure dealing with Ollie. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Hawes & Co again and I certainly intend to! The team is doing a fantastic job and I whole heartedly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell. RAYNES PARK. Damian was so efficient throughout the whole process of buying a property. Communication was excellent, with regular updates. I didn't have to chase for anything and felt highly supported. Damian was always willing to answer questions and provide guidance, he definitely made the experience much smoother and manageable. I would not hesitate recommending this estate agent to anyone and would use their services in future.

As first time buyers, we corresponded with a great many estate agents during our house search, and Hawes & Co stood out by a considerable margin. They were consistently attentive, considerate, and highly professional throughout the entire process. In particular, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Ollie guiding us from start to finish. As many can attest, buying your first home is one of life’s most stressful experiences, yet Ollie handled every stage with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Despite the inevitable challenges and delays that arose, many of which were beyond anyone's control, he remained calm, supportive, and communicative throughout. At no point did we feel pressured into making decisions before we were ready, something that, as first-time buyers, we greatly appreciated. Estate agents are often the subject of criticism, but Hawes & Co are a genuine exception. Really great experience with Damian helping to sell our property in Raynes Park. Driven to complete sales (even on his days off!), transparent to work with and super responsive. We were originally with another local agent before moving to Hawes and Co, and once we moved we got a sale with them in the first week. We only regret not switching to them earlier!

I switched to Hawes to sell my property and was really impressed from the outset. They provided realistic and helpful guidance on pricing, along with clear advice on the key selling features to highlight. Damian was brilliant throughout the process. He kept me consistently informed and was always calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused, even when things became complex. There were quite a few moving parts, but he handled everything with professionalism and reassurance. He was also excellent at liaising with the buyer and across the chain, which made a real difference in keeping things on track and ultimately ensuring we reached exchange.
