Nurses that get their feelings hurt and disregard patients needs. I got 'slapped on the wrist' by a doctor that didn't listen and was refused access to a different doctor because they were in the same practice. I waited (2.75yrs) and was refused again even though I was not even asking to be the better doctors patient because I got refused the first time. The nurses canceled the appointment without noting why I was even asking for that appointment. The need for specific access for a medical study must come before the rules of waiting x amount of time. I didn't ask to be a new patient just seen.With necessary specific access and you know one doctor has it and the other one can't even take a proper history...it should be a no brainer. I was illegally blacklisted for attempting to get an appointment with a specific doctor. I even wrote an apology and explained exactly why I need to be seen by the provider. I even asked a specialist to refer to another doctor. It should not be this hard to get a simple appointment
Dr. Todd Jones and his nurse Doreen are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, listen to all your concerns and you know you are in good hands. Also the staff the that answers the phone etc are great. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Todd Jones as my family doctor.
I notice people are giving this facility one star because they think they are reviewing the hospital. This building has a bunch of different doctor’s offices in it. I personality see Dr. Matt El-Kadi. The woman at the front desk has zero personality but she runs a very well oiled machine. Don’t expect her to smile or be friendly with you. The Doctor himself is wonderful!! He’s a man of few words but is an amazing surgeon. His staff of PA’s and Nurses are wonderful as well. They are very easy to talk to. They explain things and listen to any concerns. I would definitely recommend this group for any spinal issues!!
From the second I went through the door someone was there to walk me to all my labs, x-rays and MRI. The Staff was very PROFESSIONAL and CARING ❤ Answered any questions I had about my upcoming surgery. Made sure I understood the Pre-Op procedures:-) I was in good 👍 hands and it felt 👍. THANK YOU UPMC:-)
If you have an emergency Do Not go to this hospital!! Checked in at 11: 20 pm and at 1:20 pm still have not been seen by a triage nurse. There are people all over the waiting room and halls some have been sitting here for over 7 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place for any emergent. care. You shouldn't have to wait 2 plus hours to be seen for an emergency let alone 7 plus hours for these poor people who are still waiting!! That is sad!!
