We have been coming here for a long time. Although we’ve had a few different doctors along the way, we have been happy with our GP’s and the staff has been friendly.

Lovely doctors (Gavin & Grace) but the management at the clinic leaves a lot to be desired. They need to learn a lot about customer service. Making things easy is definitely not part of the Clinic Managers mission. Apparently the doctors are contracted. Such a shame that this means the Clinic manager cannot find a way to work well with them to serve their clients. She shows zero care factor that their clients are patients who already have enough on their minds and really don’t need anyone being deliberately difficult simply because she thinks it’s ok. A little compassion and consideration goes a long way and really isn’t asking a lot.

I travel over an hour to come to this clinic. I’ve found I am always provided with exceptional, professional and empathetic care that is hard to come by. Dr Hazma takes his time, is very knowledgeable and explains everything to ensure I have understanding of all my relevant health information. Angela, the receptionist has always greeted me with kindness, ensured that I’ve felt welcome apon arrival. And has always done everything within her power to accommodate to my needs to work around my children and employment. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have recently had to change GP’s to a GP at the Bendigo Clinic and to say it was the best choice I have made is an understatement! My health summary was transferred effortlessly thanks to the beautiful reception staff and my Dr knew everything I needed him to know before my first appointment. The Practice Manager Sue goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is pleasant as well as Ange and Tayla and it’s genuinely so nice to hear laughter and people enjoying their job! Their customer service skills are exceptional and I am always treated with respect, care and compassion whenever I visit and nothing is too much trouble for them! Although having to visit a GP is not always a pleasant experience, it is now slightly more pleasant knowing I’m being cared for by the best!

Dr 'Grace' Khine Win is one of the most caring and considerate people I've met. I highly recommend her as a Doctor, not once have I ever been dismissed and she has always listened to my concerns! Due to health problems I've been to the Dr a lot and Grace has seen me at my worst, she has never judged and never hesitated in helping me. She is extremely thorough and I can't thank her enough for her care. Plus, the reception staff are always incredibly nice and helpful. This clinic is very welcoming and a safe place for ill people to come for treatment. Again, I highly recommend!
