Excellent stay at the Cape in Villa Rose Garden. The house is beautiful and extremely well maintained to a high standard. We were met the day after arrival and day of our departure by Dennis who explained the check in / out process and provided us with contact details if required. The area was lovely and quiet and within a 15 minute walk of both bars and restaurants at Tarpon point which I’d highly recommend. Overall an excellent stay and experience and one I’d highly recommend.

My husband and I recently rented a home in Cape Coral, Florida which was managed by Home 24/7 and I cannot recommend this property management company enough! Ultimately because of them, we felt that our stay was just that much more enjoyable. When we first arrived, there was a video and music on the television which added ambiance and excitement at the start of our vacation. My first observation was how immaculate they kept this home - like next level clean. We then quickly received an initial welcome text from Claudia asking if we needed anything and the following day, Dennis arrived to show us how everything worked and to answer any questions we might have. It was so lovely to chat with Dennis! When you drive 26 hours to reach your destination, it’s very nice to have a friendly greeting with someone who is very knowledgeable about the home and the area where you will be staying for the next several weeks. In addition to unparalleled cleanliness and personal service, there was a terrific maintenance team to take care of the yard and everything always looked incredible; right out of the pages of a magazine! They landscape and pool workers came regularly but they were so professional and so efficient that we barely noticed them. As we stayed for 4 weeks, a few questions inevitably arose and our communications were always answered promptly and courteously. Dennis also came over without delay to replace our BBQ tank which gave us more time to pick his brain! My husband and I both commented on the fact that if we ever decided to purchase a vacation/investment property in Cape Coral, we would feel 100% confident hiring Home 24/7 to look after our property. Being a seasoned homeowner, I know firsthand the headaches involved in property ownership - what a luxury to be able to let someone else handle absolutely everything for you! We would also feel absolutely comfortable and confident booking any property in future if it was being managed by Claudia and Dennis at Home 24/7.

We rented the same home two years in a row from Claudia and Dennis. We have always received the home impeccably, clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Both Claudia and Dennis are Easy to work with!

Stayed at the “ Moviestar” with my family and had a great time. . Everything is wonderful , clean , convenient ! Large pool area with infinity pool is simply the best . The hosts are so easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely come back / rent again from Claudia and Dennis !

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Florida this winter and loved staying at the Birdland in Cape Coral. It’s a newer, beautiful home with all the amenities anyone would need. The pool and spa in the screened-in lanai provided many hours of leisurely relaxation. As a bonus, we had 3 burrowing owls nesting in the front yard and, coincidently, the annual Cape Coral Burrowing Owl Festival took place while we were there. Our Home 24/7 host Claudia and property manager Dennis are wonderful people and easy to work with. Dennis will meet with you after you have arrived to go over everything, explain the pool/spa controls, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is our 8th year snow birding and the first time that a host has offered to do this. We were so pleased by our total experience we have already booked a property with Claudia for next year and are looking forward to that trip. Ted and Chris
