I have been a home health nurse (RN) over 12 years and had worked for a handful of home health agencies of various sizes (AccentCare, Doctor's Choice, Fairmont Home Health, etc). I have to say that All About Home Care, Inc. is the best thus far - but not because I'm employed by them. I am the kind of nurse who is very compassionate but straightforward and honest and tell-it-as-it-is. All About Home Care Inc. is not too big where all the operations are corporate-like and quality patient care is secondary to revenues/money/financial gains. But it is not too small where simple requests like wound care supplies is a struggle. All About Home Care Inc has an impressive rating not by coincidence. This agency's administration really treats everyone like family. Everyone has the same goals - 1 of which is to do right by the patient and their family. I'll give you an example of how the CEO cares about his employees, all of whom upper management always treats with respect. A few months ago, I was working a lot and the CEO called me on the phone and told me that I have to take care of my health and there will always be patients that need me, but I need to take care of myself first. Needless to say, all of my patients are very happy with our staff (therapists, nurses, HHAs). Of course, we are not perfect. No one is. But I notice since my first month working with All About Home Care Inc. that everyone in the upper management positions including our clinical managers are honestly and truly DECENT people who always strive to do things right. Our schedulers, QAs, IT peeps, are uncharacteristically professional and polite. Needless to say, my clinical managers, Rodette & Marilyn, and my Director Tahani are extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and diligent. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS AGENCY - whether as a patient or as an employee!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with All About Home Care for about 16 months. During that time, I felt right at home. I was blessed to work alongside great office staff, leadership and on ground clinician that are truly working towards providing the best patient care. Thank you AAHC!! :)

I’m 82yo and hard of hearing! It’s very easy to lose patience w/me - but it hasn’t Ever happened with Anyone AAHCI. It has been a pleasure to have been in the care of everyone @ AAHCI. Thank You!
