Ana and her wonderful team came to our family's rescue when we needed a safety sitter in the hospital overnight so we could get some sleep. We had no warning that we needed to provide a sitter, but DediCare and Ana came through. When our loved one was released from the hospital, DediCare was there for us again. Each caregiver we met was professional and compassionate. I even received phone calls to check on our family member when he was re-admitted to the hospital. That is amazing and I cannot say enough about this company. I will be contacting Ana and her team as our home healthcare needs change and evolve. You will not be disappointed.

Ana the owner has been nothing but an amazing partner over the past 2 years. My mother has early on dementia and we have a full time caretaker M-F and a weekend caretaker. There are times when one or both of them need to take off planned or unplanned and I still need care for my mom. No matter what, Ana has provided support and always makes sure each caretaker knows my mom’s schedule even if she has to come herself to onboard. Whatever care you are in need of for your loved ones, Dedicare has an abundance of caretakers to support your family.

I am extremely pleased with the attention and care Dedicare Home Health provides. Ms Ana ensures her staff members are well trained and can perform daily task. Her standards and expectations are exemplified daily through the caregiver she has assigned she checks in with her staff. Caregiver maintains a daily log book for My mother who is very happy to see her caregiver daily and looks forward to going on walks with her. she is given other activities and does not just watch TV . Overall the care is what we would expect .
