If you or a loved one are needing a little extra help with your day to day needs or need more of a hands on approach. I recommend you contact Home Instead, Kel Kenney and the team were responsive and truly compassionate towards the requested needs. My mother had a knee replacement and needed additional support with the post-surgery recovery. The caregivers responded with compassionate care and helped her get back to her independence. I highly recommend this option for supportive care.

Kel and the team at Home Instead have been a godsend! My mom had a stroke last summer and when she came home from rehab, I needed to find care throughout the week because I have a full-time job. I called several caregiving agencies, but Home Instead was the winner. During the home visit, Kel answered all questions I had and really put me at ease with making the decision of putting my mom in their care. Now to the caregiving. We have had about five caregivers since my mom has been home. I only had to talk to the office about one of them, but it was mostly just because I tend to be a bit of a micromanager when it comes to my mom’s care. They try really hard to keep the caregivers as consistent as possible, but because my schedule changes, the caregivers may no longer be available. I may only be needing them as needed moving forward. However, I know that if/when I do need them, they will move heaven and earth to accommodate me. How do I know? Because I’ve asked them for coverage last minute on more than one occasion, and they have come through each time. Thank you team Home Instead for seeing me through this very tough and stressful time. ❤️

All the caregivers of this company were very kind very professional. They were CNA. Certified they treated the patient very nicely and kindly. The night nurses kept an eye on the patient and were alert and the minute they saw the patient needing help they would jump up and take care of them. They were all very clean. They took care of the cleanliness of the patient as they bathed him professionally and washed his sheets and clothes as necessary. I recommend this company highly..ms kelly who was the scheduler was very professional and helped me a lot. I depended on her to give me the days and times that I needed. I wish them an amazing future.

Mechelle helped us arrange excellent care for my father. After my father’s knee replacement surgery, they helped us quickly arrange reliable in-home care. The caregiver provided exceptional support — not only meeting his physical needs, but also offering genuine companionship that he truly enjoyed.
