For over three years I have benefitted from the services of TheKey. In attending my mother they have provided excellent caregivers who perform their duties with both diligence and compassion. TheKey is highly professional and very reliable, qualities so important if elderly care is to be effective. Working with The Key has been a great experience. My mother had emergency hip surgery and i was scrambling the morning-of to arrange some in-home care for her. I found The Key on Google and called them because I saw they were Houston based. Within a few hours, we had arranged 24hr care for a weeks duration for my mother. They were sensative to my mothers needs and personality and we went through a questionaire to match my mom with the ideal caregivers. Before my mom got home from surgery that evening, a caregiver was waiting. The caregivers provided excellent, professional and compassionate service to my mom for a solid week, 24/7. My mother got the care she needed and she and the caregivers got along well. Also, the rates for the service were reasonable. Would definately use The Key again and recommend.
