I have had a really great stay at Extended Stay America. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just easy from start to finish. You can tell the place is well taken care of, and the overall vibe is welcoming without feeling over the top. A big shoutout to the GM, Michael—he really knows how to run a hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and any little thing that came up was handled quickly. It’s clear he sets the tone for the whole place, and it makes a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free stay.

Usually I enjoy my stay here and am very satisfied with my room I stay always for at least 5 days or so. This time not so much when I was cooking my breakfast roaches were coming from under the stovetop, crawling out of different places, and clothes were left in the drawers. When I went to the front desk to inform the clerk and to ask about a discount or something she replied,”The manager will be here in the morning.” Not let me see if we have another room nothing! Very unprofessional everyone that stays here isn’t a resident like most.

Very nice place for vacations or to just get a room for a day or two the rooms are cleaned and very comfortable. hallways on each floor smells lovely. They have nice workers at the front desk that welcome you and great prices go check them out I highly recommend (EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SELECT SUITES) ON PELHAM.🫶🏾
