We had an excellent stay here. The exceptional service made our stay even better than expected. We were attending a concert that was going to put us back at the hotel long after the valet service ended; however, valet stayed open for hours past closing to serve us and the other concert-goers. They did so with patience and a smile. So very grateful for their flexibility and willingness! The room was also lovely and clean. Overall, 11/10 stay!
Krystal at the front desk was absolutely amazing! 👏 From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond by helping me decide what to have for lunch and even prepared my meal. Her customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude made my experience exceptional. Great Place! I stayed here for more than a week with my cat and they are very accommodating. Love love love the breakfast at this hotel. Louise manages the kitchen and is just the sweetest.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Greenville Hyatt Place! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The valet service was a huge highlight—using their app made getting my car quick and completely hassle-free. Plus, the valet team gave us some truly amazing local recommendations that made our girls trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!
