We had a great stay at Mint House downtown Greenville (KASA Airbnb). The place was very clean, check‑in was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It had everything we needed and we had zero issues throughout our 6‑night stay. The following suggestions are just to elevate the experience even more, especially for longer stays like ours. Adding blackout curtains or heavier window coverings in the main bedroom would make a big difference — the room stayed very bright at night and it made it harder to fall and stay asleep, and it also made the room warmer. For extended stays, providing a bit more paper supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) would also be helpful. Lastly, the pots and pans are pretty worn out, with the Teflon peeling, so replacing them would be a great upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

My wife and I had the 1-bedroom, unit C on the 4th floor. Looks like a new apartment (looking for a suite sized hotel room?) with new furnature, etc. It was very clean. Prepaid for parking (right after booking you will be asked if you want any extras and I think I paid $10 for one night). Parking pass was waiting for me in the room when I arrived. Parking right in front of the building (look for "Private Parking" sign when you arrive). I asked if I could check in early and they let me. Location is perfect if you are looking for downtown (near Falls, historic area, touristy stuff). I had one issue and customer service texted me back quickly. You are reading this review because you already know the price is very competitive! Ya, I'd stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. The apartment is in a nice, safe and convenient location- very walkable. It was easy access to parking shopping, restaurants and entry into building. The apartment was very clean, spacious with large windows. Looks just like the pictures on website. My only issue is that an instruction book or sheet would have been helpful to locate certain things. The thermostat in my unit was hidden behind the TV and plant so I didn't find it to the following day. Additionally, the door fob and parking pass was left in the corner of the kitchen countertop (under the ledge), again it wasn't easily seen. I'm not sure why it wasn't left out in the open on top of the counter or on the dining table where visitors would see immediately. It would have made things a little easier as I had to call customer service twice to get assistance however, they were very helpful. Lastly, I recommend paying the $10 fee for parking in advance so you don't have to worry about it when you arrive or potentially getting a $70 ticket.

Love the location. The unit was great. The owners could use some upgrading. little round table could be larger or square for people who actually cook and eat in. The bar stool chairs are not very comfortable but look nice. We adjusted the toilet chain so it didnt run all the time. ( chain was getting stuck in flapper) IF I had a ladder I would have addressed the bathroom fan that was frozen. It may just need a new motor. I replace them in our rental units every season. Costs bout 30$ and is easy to do without costing a lot of money hiring a company that would most likely replace the whole unit. Other than those issues the place was fantastic!

The Falls Park location in downtown Greenville is incredibly walkable and safe. The units are spacious, clean--it's great having a kitchen and laundry. Price is good compared to hotels nearby. Great for families. Good WiFi, cute balcony, nice and comfortable beds, high ceilings but no between-room noise.
