Service tech Matt Sigmon was great to work with during initial service call for repair. Ultimately had to get complete unit replacement but Evan Rye was great helping to troubleshoot and helping me on decision making regarding replacement unit. Install went very well. Techs showed up on time and worked very professionally to get job completed. Roger and Cody thank you for the positive experience with install and getting it done and my house back cool again! I would highly recommend All Phase for your A/C needs.
Anthony and Brandon did a great job installing my new HVAC. I got the text ahead of time, and they showed up on time. They were very quiet and respectful of my home, and I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family. Additionally Luis was a great technician who came out earlier in the week and did his best to diagnose the issue. Great experience, but let’s not do this again for about 20 years.
These days, it is difficult to find an HVAC company that knows what they are doing, will not focus solely on gouging you to get every dollar, and that does not leave a mess when the job is complete. I had worked with three companies in Winston Salem, and was VERY disappointed with all three. Then I called All Phase Heating and Cooling. Gina and Jessica were very helpful and friendly. They sent Alan out to give me a quote on the removal and installation of two complete HVAC systems. Alan was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a very reasonable quote. On July 9, 2026, I signed the contract. On July 15, 2026, two crews arrived early for the install. Everyone was professional and polite. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. They spent the entire day in a 130 degree attic with no complaints. A project supervisor arrived at the end of the day to ensure the systems were installed correctly and operating at peak performance. The crews left the entire worksite neat and clean. I would recommend All Phase Heating and Cooling to anyone who wants the job done right!
Friendly, very professional and on time. Replaced old Trane hvac system with new Trane. Replaced 39 year old duct board duct work with insulated metal system. Highly recommended 👌, you can see by the pics. I Highly recommend the All Phase team!
