My experience with American Air was phenomenal. My AC stopped cooling and Ronnie got back with me quick, arrived same day, and even stayed past their normal closing time to make sure everything was taken care of. Ronnie and his partner were thorough and diagnosed the issue quick. He took time to show me exactly what was going on, explained how things worked, and even pointed out a few things to keep an eye on for future maintenance. The pricing was fair and the entire experience was honest and professional. I will be calling American Air for any future services and would highly recommend them to others.
I called Ronnie to price a split unit being put in my shop. He beat 3 other companies on price and availability to start the job. He and his crew came in and jumped on it and knocked it out. When they left my shop inside and outside was left as if nothing had been done, "cleaned up everything ". He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Gave a tutorial on how to work the system after it was installed. I will recommend him against anyone. Super work and super workmanship. And he is a Veteran!
Ronnie was AWESOME❣ I started calling around for help and no one was available until Monday. My family cant last 3 days without AC in this heat. Ronnie returned my call within 15 minutes. He was also super busy but made time to fit me in. He said he would be there in 30-45 mins. He was not only there within the time quoted but had my AC up and running as well. In less than an hour from start to finish, job complete❣❣❣ And the cost was much lower than expected so I tipped him for such great customer service. Highly recommended❣❣❣
Ronnie has done a couple of jobs for me (working on my HVAC unit). He is punctual, fair priced, honest, knowledgeable and dependable; everything you want in someone working at your home. For instance, my a/c went out last night in our home. I called Ronnie after 5pm tonight to buy a part for the unit. He not only had the part he delivered it to me. He goes above and beyond. Thank you Ronnie. We will recommend you over and over.
Haven’t had air in my house for 2 days , he came by and fixed it in 5 minutes , he’s real professional and he has a lot of knowledge , if you need anything fixed with your AC unit he’s the best person to call great service !!!!!
