Tech was friendly, but work was not great. He left a sticky mess in places, did not successfully place the outside dryer vent on securely so that when the heat came out of it the sticky stuff just melted away, and he did not check on with us at all upon competing work!

I had a water filtration system installed around July 31st, 2024 by Karl and Chris. They cut my power line left huge holes on my back yard and the system never worked correctly. I kept emailing and texting for the owner to contact me and never heard from him. I asked for my filtration system to be put inside. Why put this on the outside? My well has a building that is approximately 5 feet by 5 feet. Plenty of room inside.

From the very first phone call, I got polite, prompt service. Everything was exactly on schedule. The workers showed up exactly on time and everything was done perfectly. Bernie from the company always called me ahead of time to let me know exactly what they were going to do. I could not have asked for a better company to work with you guys are complete professionals

I contacted this company to get an estimate concerning possible work needing to be completed on the plumbing system in my home. The technician was so pleasant and quite knowledgeable. He took time to answer each question that I had. I plan to definitely call this company again in the very near future for optional upgrades, and needed repair. These guys are awesome!

Bell Cow installed a new water heater around July 26th, 2023. The day it was installed, I had to call and let them know it wasn't heating water at all. The guy that installed it came back and didn't have the electric correctly hooked up. It did work after that, and I haven't thought about it since. However, I am now selling my property, and the water heater showed up in poor condition on the inspection report. The attached pictures and corrosion show it has been leaking most likely since the day it was installed. It is a slow leak, so the water and damage are contained to the top and side of the water heater. I have Bell Cow coming out later this week to look at it, but I am already paying another $90ish dollars for that. They have pointed out it that the water heater is outside the 1-year warranty window. Clearly it has been leaking for longer than the less the 5 months past the end of their warranty. I'll update with how this company handles my situation later this week. All in all, the installer didn't have the electric nor the plumbing connections to this water heater done correctly when he left the first time. Very disappointed in their lack of quality control on their own work. UPDATE: While there were problems with the installation, James came out on Wednesday and thoroughly analyzed the problem that caused the leak. It was due to how it was installed, but James addressed the issue. I was also not charged anything. Mistakes happen, but Bell Cow fixed the issue promptly without charging me anything. I can recommend this company and will call them for other projects in the future.
