We have worked with Bradham Brothers for over 15 years and the work they do for us is awesome. Yesterday our old upstairs unit finally bit the dust (after Bradham Brothers had appropriately kept it going for years). So today we had our upstairs HVAC system installed by them (6 years ago they replaced our downstairs system). The installation crew of Mike B and Caleb K was a joy to work with. I pay close attention to details and this crew was so thorough and fastidious. It was a huge job that required relocation of the outside unit and installation of furnace and air handler in attic plus some duct work. They arrived punctually, knew the complicated task ahead of them, and nailed it. Their electrician Josh L had to run power to new location and install disconnect-looks pristine. Like I said-it was a big job required running lines up to attic and relocating some drains and as 5 PM approached-another installation crew (Tim M and Will D) that had finished up nearby (South CLT area) shows up to help finish the job. Just a class company to do business with. Mike explained everything they did and showed me how to use the new thermostat (he installed our downstairs unit 6 years ago also). Just a class company to do business with. Thank you Bradham Comfort Services for such stellar service. I have used them for an electrical repair unrelated to HVAC as well. Thanks!
Mike and Caleb were beyond professional and answered all of my questions. They were thorough and kind. They were very respectful of our home too. Bradham Brothers is lucky to have these awesome technicians!!

I have been a Bradham Comfort (FKA Bradham Brothers) since 2007. I have always trusted their services but was amazed at the service provided today in my Charlotte home. Mike and Chris K. installed a new A/C and heater in my home, replacing a 22 year old system. Respectful behavior is the norm for Bradham Comfort. Mike and Chris K were not only respectful, they were kind, professional in arriving on time and demonstrating care for my home, knowledgeable in explaining the workings of my new system and in answering all of my questions. The units had to have been installed in record time and an inspection was performed prior to Mike and Chris K leaving the job site. I know I have extremely long sentences here, but the work performed today demands it. Thank you, Bradham Comfort, for sending Mike and Chris K to install a new system in my home!
Bradham has been our HVAC company for over 20 years. Yesterday one of our systems needed to be fully replaced. Brett and Jeremiah worked through the day to have everything up and running and inspected by the end of the day. They took very good care of our floors and walls as they moved large pieces of equipment in and out of our house. Throughout the day additional team members came for certain aspects of the install and it all happened very seamlessly. Our how was noticeably more comfortable by dinnertime!
