I can't say enough good things about our technician Zac Creek! Even though it was a late appointment, he was friendly, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, showed us all of our options, and answered every question we had. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions. We truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Leon C. from Call Dad! As a mom of three who found herself without water for most of the morning and handling everything on her own, I was incredibly stressed and overwhelmed. Leon showed up quickly and immediately put my mind at ease. From the moment he arrived, he was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our 26-year-old A/C system failed during a heatwave and I contacted a few companies for quotes. Chandler with Call Dad checked the compressor unit and found it very low on refrigerant. Given the age of the unit and the type of refrigerant, he recommended a replacement Carrier system. He and their office answered all the questions I had and the quoted price was reasonable based on past work we've done. Two technicians, Taylor and Eric, were available the next day and were able to replace the system in one long session. All of the Call Dad people were courteous and hard working. Their administrative system worked well and we were kept up-to-date via email and text. We would definitely use them again.
Griffin was extremely helpful. Our AC unit went out during a heat wave the day before July 4th. He was very knowledgeable about all the systems and explained the basics of AC workings to us to help us understand the exact issue. I would recommend Call Dad for all of your AC issues.
