Caribbean was contacted by our home warranty company and the courtesy and quality of service was top notch. The integrity and commitment to service was evident from our first interaction with Caribbean. They communicated very well to let us know when they were on the way, they were respectful of our home, and they listened to us when we explained our issues. Richard and Felipe diagnosed the issue and fixed our system quickly. When I called in to the office for scheduling and assistance, Debra was helpful and very professional. I called and the tech Richard R. came out to fix my heating issue when other company’s wouldn’t come out. His knowledge and experience lead him right to the issue and he promptly fixed it. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future. They were fast and very courteous. I highly recommend them.
