I had a furnace issue ovrer the weekend and Carter Heating and Air came out the following Monday. Matt diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and replaced the defective part the following day. I was very impressed with Matt and the company. They were quick to get here and most importantly, the repair cost was very reasonable! I have used several companies over the years, and without doubt, I will continue to use Carter Heating & Air in the future. Very pleased!!
I scheduled a preventative maintenance check on my HVAC system. Matt arrived timely, checked out the unit, filled me in on what he had done and was finished in less than an hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and this company. I signed up for a yearly plan which covers two equipment checks as well as 15% off of any parts that may be necessary.
Matt from Carter Heating came to assess a problem with one of my HVAC systems. He correctly diagnosed and the cause of the problem (unlike a different contactor who misdiagnosed the cause which would have also been a pricey repair bill). He repaired the problem in a timely manner. Matt and the rest of the Carter team were always courteous, professional and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them if anyone has an HVAC issues.
I’ve got my A/C installed by a local company 2.5 years ago , of course like everything 12/30 it was very cold morning my heat was not working or my hot water. So with the internet I went in YouTube to find out my water heater pilot was out , learned how to to restart the pilot, got hot water but I still need for someone to look at the heat . I call Carter Air from a radio advertising ad, we set an appointment for that same day, tech look at my heating system check it out all was good but to my wife peace of mind , worth the diagnostic cost , happy wife , happy life. Happy new years to all . Carter A/C great company on time and quick. Thank you. Got heat!!!
