Short version: exceptional customer service + efficient effective repair. I don't know about the cost, but I do know the value of this experience. Barb & Chris were terrific to deal with. They inspired confidence and respect. This company deserves your business. If you're within 30-40 minutes of Kernersville, stop looking and call these people for heating & cooling needs Detailed version: last Friday afternoon I discovered the A/C had apparently ceased working in my mid-term rental while I was out of town. Ugh... I contacted the property manager who called in Dinomite H&C. Predictably, they're super busy. Barb at Dino texts me to say they've scheduled my appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Not optimal, but understandable. And then, exhibiting initiative & great customer service, she not only follows with, " that's a long time though. So I'm going to keep looking to see if we can squeeze you in somewhere or if someone would be willing to swap. " She Did It! Barb couldn't get anyone here before the weekend, and was honest about it. But by Monday afternoon she reached out again and asked if a tech could come by that afternoon. Yes! Before Chris Del Real arrived she sent confirmation, a photo so I'd recognize the tech., and a brief introductory bio. Chris arrives on time and armed with a smile, little booties to protect the floor, and a handful of tools. He's friendly, polite, focused, and patient. I am unhelpful bc I just moved in and have lots of questions but few answers. Fortunately, he also has the kind of knowledgeable, observant, inquisitive, problem solving mind that makes short work of HVAC issues. He identified the problem, corrected it, tested it, and even took time to coach me on using this newfangled Nest thermostat. To be thorough, he also consulted with the management company so he'll know what to do if it goes out again any time soon. See what I mean? Dinomite for the win!

Called because I was looking for a smaller local company to handle my HVAC issues, and was pleasantly surprised. Barbara was a lovely receptionist who handled the appointment, and Tyler was out to look at the system as scheduled (with tracking?!), and gave as much information as I could possibly want about what was going on, both very pleasantly, and super politely and professionally. My HVAC issue ended up being more of me being overly cautious, but Tyler was still thorough. One of the best experiences I've had with any kind of service call. Certainly at the top of my list to call for A/C issues.

Excellent customer service with booking help with Barbara! I was kept informed of tech's work experience as well as information about his family, hobbies, and pets, appointment schedule and arrivals by text messages. Chris, our tech, did an excellent job explaining our problem and offering solution options without pushing any unnecessary up-charges. Work was promptly scheduled and completed. We received a DINOMITE job.

Cole and his entire team were beyond attentive, patient with our extensive questions, and highly communicative throughout the process. They also helped us coordinate with an electrician and get our price lowered on that aspect of the install. Even follow up after the job has been impressive and thoughtful without being overbearing. I would not hesitate to recommend Dinomite to anyone!

During the recent unseasonable cold spell that we had, I ran into all types of problems with my old HVAC system. Another well-known HVAC company that I was contracted with came to repair a thermostat failure problem. For some reason, the tech removed my auxiliary heating unit breaking the contacts on the unit board. The tech told me it hadn’t been working for a long time and offered to sell me a new one at $1200.00. Sure enough, a week later when a cold spell hit the area, my HVAC unit could not warm my home above 58 degrees which had never been a problem previously. I called Dinomite Heating & Cooling because a family member had used them previously and was very happy with their work. They came and replaced the auxiliary heating unit for a similar cost, but because it was so cold my outside heat pump literally froze solid and I could only run the heat strips (auxiliary) to heat my house for five days. It was determined to be a costly repair that caused the unit to freeze so badly, so I decided the best option was to replace my entire HVAC system with a new one. Dinomite gave estimates for several system options at a fair price and were willing to partially compensate for the auxiliary unit installed the week before. They ordered a Bryant system (they are a factory authorized dealer) for me which Chris and Ethan with Dinomite installed just a few days later. My previous system had not been installed properly, and they worked hard and long without taking any breaks to make sure this system was done right for me. When some additional parts were needed, the owner himself delivered them to my house to ensure it was taken care of promptly. They were patient in answering any questions I had and made sure I knew how everything worked with very little maintenance on my part. The installation included a smart Ecobee thermostat that allows me to control the house temperatures even when I’m away from home using a cellphone. It’s been a few days since installation, and in the three years I’ve been in this home, it has never been so pleasantly comfortable. They also suggested a security option I was unaware of when I mentioned a problem with theft in my neighborhood. I am extremely happy with the service and equipment I have purchased with Dinomite Heating and Cooling. They have proven there are still some honest, hard working HVAC companies left in the community. I highly recommend them to everyone, but especially to someone who has been taken advantage of by other unscrupulous companies in the past.
