Exact Temp Heating & Cooling, Inc did an excellent job. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and they were professional from start to finish. They even worked over the weekend to help me, which I really appreciated. The installation was clean, organized, and done without any damage or mess. Everything looked neat and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest pricing and high-quality HVAC work.
I didn’t even have an appointment. I just waved them down from across the street at my neighbors house and they came right over here and took very good care of me within an hour. I have been without air for about 30 days with units in the windows and I just said hey come over and they came over. It cost me a couple of bucks, but I’m cool as a breeze
Exact Temp is the best HVAC service I have ever had. Techs are very friendly and polite, arrive on time, and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Because they have low overhead, their costs are lower than their competition. I am extremely pleased with Exact Temp.
I have been very impressed with this company’s level of communication, their timeliness, their professionalism and esp their pricing of equipment and services (compared to other estimates we received). When we asked for them to come out to do an estimate, Kenny offered to come right away (on a Saturday). He provided us w/ three different price point options to choose from. Once we decided to use them for a new system installation, Kenny was very responsive at every turn, e.g. timing of arrival, completion of the installation. Also, he and his crew removed all debris/trash from the property (something I no longer take for granted!) Thanks so much!
