We've used Lonon's over the past 5 years and have been extremely happy with them. They maintain both our Air Conditioning Units and our Heater, have done needed repairs, and replaced one AC unit for us, and we have no complaints. They are very friendly, answer all my questions, do a good job, leave no mess, and we would highly recommend them.
As an adult, there’s a lot of things you don’t want to hear. “Needing a new AC unit” is definitely one of those. Sunday night, we realized that our AC wasn’t working(not really surprised as it was 19 years old). Come Monday, we reached out to have it looked at. Lonon Heating, A/C and Air Quality came out Monday evening and by Tuesday morning we accepted a quote for a new unit. Then today, that unit was installed. To say that we are impressed with the communication and time line of it all is an understatement. With that said, we want to give a huge thank you to Lonon Heating, A/C and Air Quality for their excellent communication and top-quality service. From the first phone call to the final check, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that truly values both workmanship and customer care, and it definitely shows. We highly recommend them!
Lonon Heating and Air were very professional and did a great job for us. We had maintenance performed and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Matt and David were great.
Great folks, very friendly and easy to work with. Replaced my older system (that of course broke down in the middle of summer) even though I was out of state. They did the work and I came home to a very cool and comfortable home.
They responded quickly and had someone at my house within 15 minutes. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
