Our AC suddenly stopped working, and Modern Mechanical got us back up and running within 24 hours. Jackson, our technician, was on time. He worked nonstop for several hours to get our system back into working order. He was polite and very friendly. Explained everything very clearly and was patient with me and all of my questions. He worked past his scheduled stop time to finish the job. This company is amazing and always treats us right.
I just had a new HVAC system installed (TRANE) and it is a very awesome system. All steps of the process were good. The sales engineer, Joe Anfuso took measurements of every room and found I needed an additonal air duct on my 2nd floor (yes builder Pulte does everything to a minimum). The Two-Stage Variable Speed furnance and Multi-Speed Air Conditioner are very high quality and run MUCH quieter than my old builder grade equipment. The installation was lead by Scott and Andrew who took care to protect my floors and keep everything neat. I ended up with a fantastic system. Supervisor Dean made on quick final adjustment and my home now heats up in cold mornings in less than 30 minutes. My old system took 2.5 hours. As a retired engineer I am impressed with the overall quality of the system, especially the new return and distribution plenum metal boxes. The whole assemby is very clean, neat, and runs like a top.
Consistently the most honest and trustworthy HVAC company I've dealt with. We started off with basic maintenance plan with them for our units, and they've always done a wonderful job keeping us informed of the unit status, any measurements that are declining from the last visit, and any potential failures that we should watch out for with parts as they age. They never push any sales on us, but when we have had to purchase either parts or a new unit, their staff was knowledgable and patient with us as we weighed our options. There was never any sales pitch, only information about our options and costs. We have been customers of theirs for several years, and I cannot recommend their high level of customer service, expertise, honesty, and overall value enough. It is exactly what you hope for in a company that supports some of the most expensive systems in your home.
We've been with Modern Mechanical for a number of years, and all of their team members are great. We recently had Jack come out to assist us and he was outstanding! He really took the time to provide quality maintenance to our unit and discovered an issue, which he took care of quickly and competently and at a very reasonable price. HVAC technician Jackson was professional and courteous. He arrived on schedule and spent plenty of time both indoors and outside to service our system. Afterwards, he made certain that all of our questions were answered and that our concerns were met. This service appointment, along with all of our other prior experiences with Modern Mechanical have been very good. We would definitely recommend their services to others needing HVAC work.
