I was recommended peak services ac n heat by my neighbor. Let me say I wasn’t disappointed . Mr. Jonathan was very professional and very friendly he got my AC back on and explain to me what the issue was. I highly recommend this company cause they get the job done and Mr.Jonathan was a very polite friendly person n Mrs.MJ the person who took my call was very helpful in getting someone out to get my AC running again. Thank you soooo much Mr.Jonathan for your professionalism and again for fixing my AC unit.
Had a later appointment and Peak called soon as they had an earlier one available. Jonathan arrived promptly and explained everything in a professional manner all the while making sure I was tracking what he was saying. He executed his tasks efficiently and got our AC back in business. Their price was also very satisfactory and clear cut. These guys know what they're doing, and they're very friendly. I called them and they scheduled me in a couple days later. They were not only able to figure out all our cooling problems, but also educated us on how our house and HVAC system works so that we could make some further improvements to our house to keep ourselves cool in the 100 degree summer weather. I called peak after getting an outrageous quote from bass. The diagnostic were pretty much the same but price wise peak stood at the top with a much better pricing me and my wife could be proud of. Amazing service! I haven't had AC on the hot bipolar NC weather. Called at 9am this morning, Mary Jane was super nice and got me scheduled. Brandon was here not even 20 mins later and fixed the issue! Great company! Brandon was great, very nice and informative. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with Heating and Air needs!
