I had an excellent experience with Service Edge Heating and Air and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs. From the moment I reached out, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get someone out quickly, which I really appreciated given the issue we were having with our HVAC system. The technician who came out, Butch, truly went above and beyond in every way. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our unit to figure out exactly what was going on. Instead of rushing through the job, he made sure to explain the issue in a way we could understand and walked us through what needed to be done to fix it. You could tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way rather than just a quick fix. Butch worked efficiently but carefully, and he made sure everything was fully repaired and running properly before he left. He also double-checked the system to ensure there were no other underlying issues, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our HVAC unit is now working better than it has in a long time. Overall, the level of service we received from Service Edge Heating and Air was outstanding. Butch’s professionalism, skill, and dedication really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not often you come across service like this, and I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to others.
I had a great experience! The technician who came out to check my AC was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He was very upfront about the costs and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He was also wonderful with my dogs. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Great conversation and excellent customer service from start to finish.
Travis was a tremendous help on breaking down the issue with our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and quick on finding the issue. I would recommend service edge to anyone with issues with their AC unit.
Josh arrived from the only AC company that I will use in Fayetteville, Service Edge!! He was respectable, mannerable, professional and honest. I believe Josh didn't perform any work that he didn't have to do. This is very important in this date and time as economics are soaring and out of control. Josh must have noticed the shoes in the garage and automatically wore shoe covers without being asked to do so, respecting my property. In conversation, he stated he had served in the military. He was an Infantryman and trained at Ft. Benning, a place I was once stationed as a Military Police Officer. Four installers came out and each one was knowledgeable and efficient. They got right to work, double checked the condenser and air handler, ensured our two system worked properly and instructed my wife and I on how to operate the new thermostats.
