Called over the weekend for diagnosis help on a tankless water heater and immediately from that point the Customer Service has been really really good. The communication on the phone and over text messages has been superior. Then on top of it, the technician was very knowledgeable and his name is TONY and very understanding of the problem and diagnosis was properly explained. Very good recommendations as well for overall use of this he HVAC and water heater in the home. His knowledge was superior. I am a very pleased as in initial customer. I’m looking forward to doing long-term business as needed.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Streamline, especially from Kenley. Our breaker box caught on fire on Fourth of July weekend on Saturday and streamline was the only company that was able to come out the following day to evaluate. Kenley was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and awesome. He explained everything so we understood what we needed to do and he completed the work in a much quicker timeline than originally expected. Thank you so much for all of your help and hard work and we will definitely call streamline again and recommend to others.

We were given an accurate arrival time, an honest and complete quote, and a post install satisfaction check. Craig, the technician, was thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home.
