In a word WOW. Some background here. I got quotes from 3 other places to get two EV Chargers installed. My family has used Travis Crawford and had great results but I never knew they had an electric branch. Unlike all the other places when Dillon arrived from Travis Crawford, not only did he actually care and have an engaging conversation about the scope of work but he offered honest and helpful options for me. He was also aware of the chargers from Grizzl-E that I was wanting to use. He didn't overprice but quoted based on what I was looking for. On top of that he helped me get on a service plan for my plumbing and HVAC to ensure my whole home is taken care of. This is by FAR the best customer service I have received from first call to schedule service to finishing the job today. I can honestly say I trust these people with my home and family's safety as electrical work is no joke. This is what good work and honest people look like.

Chris and Kyle were awesome and made every effort to accommodate our needs and get us going with the best system possible. Chris was prompt and courteous and answered all of our questions. We called on Travis and his team 10 years ago to replace our HVAC system in our previous home. Because of the excellent service we received then, I didn’t hesitate to call them for the same thing this time. Nothing has changed. Travis and his team are still great!

Highly recommend this company. They have it together on their dispatch and customer service team. We were especially pleased with the service we got from JT Swain at Travis. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and solved our problem very quickly. Since we were new to this house he did a quick but thorough evaluation of our HVAC units and it became a no-brainier to put them under maintenance contract with the company. JT is an asset to Travis Crawford and I hope to work with him on all of our HVAC needs in the future.

We were definitely overdue to replace our water heater. It wasn’t failing yet, but it was so old that it couldn’t really be serviced anymore. Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6 year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue. They replaced our 15 year old unit with a brand new, higher efficiency water heater in right around two hours. I feel really good about both the price and the decision to work with Travis Crawford. At 16 years old, our old unit could have gone at any time. Pro tip: flush your water heaters, people! We’ll absolutely use Travis Crawford again.

We loved our experience with Travis Crawford. The only reason I knew who this company was, was because I still listen to the radio. You’re gonna get exceptional service quality product without having to pay the big box store Morris Jenkin type prices. Travis Crawford had next day service and 1 day installation of a full HVAC system. They are also going to find you the best financing available (we got 0% interest for 60 months for $13,394) and they’ll make sure you get all the rebates from either Piedmont Natural Gas or Duke energy or whoever your utility provider is. Our next need will probably a new water heater. Travis Crawford will be our first call. The amazing employees were Joseph Pavlov; Cody Henry; and Jonathon Smith.
