There’s a lot to say!! This was my first experience with InfluencHER fitness and I can’t rave about it enough! The atmosphere feels very welcoming and encouraging. Having all woman around you definitely takes a lot of the pressure when trying new workouts that may have you in vulnerable positions. The classes are something I THRIVE on. Having guidance from experienced competitors sets a whole different tone for your workout! I’ve done the booty builder, sexy back and HYROX training. My ass hasn’t been sore like this in a long time! It’s motivated me to get lifting heavier again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym!

I recently found this gym - and am SO in love. It’s ran by women, for women - and the most uplifting, welcoming and supportive gym I have ever been to. The owner is amazing, the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and everyone prioritizes learning with proper form and then through positivity and encouragement makes sure that you are pushing yourself to do the very best you can do. Truly, the energy here is unmatched and so inspiring. 100% recommend for any woman, on any part of their fitness journey

I love it here. I started by doing classes. After that I moved over to doing personal training with Mel because I enjoyed doing her classes but wanted more of a personalized regimen. I love that. It’s an all women’s gym as well which makes me feel so comfortable. And the Girls love to encourage one another.

I love my trainer Christina is an amazing gym trainer! She is always on time, extremely encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals. She pays close attention to your health, form, and overall well-being, making every session feel personalized and effective. Her positive energy keeps you motivated, and she pushes you in the best way—always believing in your potential. Christina genuinely cares about your body, your progress, and your confidence. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Highly recommended! 💪✨

If it hadn’t been for the women at Fit Beauties, I don’t think I would’ve stuck to working out when I started in 2021. The environment is welcoming, the women are encouraging & the workouts are killer!!! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym rat, you’re going to find something to challenge you at Fit Beauties. I love that it was women’s only especially because when I started working out, going to any gym was terrifying enough without adding the weird men to the equation.
