I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The receptionist VERONICA was incredibly friendly, kind,professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process easy and was very helpful with all my questions and the dentist was very helpful to all my needs. DR. MAK Was super helpful as well he was nice and patient with me even though I was nervous.
Excellent work, Excellent customer service. Garunteed to be at least 3 times more expensive than another dentist. Really disappointed i was looking for a long term dentist. I understand everything here is more expensive. His rent is more, i got it. Just doesn't add up. To pull 1 tooth. Nothing crazy no surgery just 5 minutes pull the tooth $1350. National average is $75-$250 for a simple extraction. Given the location and cost of living in wouldnt bat an eye at $500. $1350 is ridiculous. I will not be back.
I had the pleasure of trying out Dr. Makwana and his amazing staff when I was due for a cleaning. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. I was having some mouth issues and they walked me through everything that needed to be done with clarity and kindness. I had to get two crowns done and Dr. Mak personally call me to follow up to see how I was doing after the procedure. I have NEVER had a dentist do that before. If you are in the Marco area and need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Makwana and his WHOLE staff, you will not be disappointed.
I got a same day appointment for a very painful tooth. I needed a root canal which they then referred me to another dentist. When my prescriptions did not go through and it was after-hours, Dr. Makwana called me at home and assured me that he would call the pharmacy. He then called me to say it was there and would be ready in 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and I very much appreciated his professionalism.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Island Paradise Dentistry is a clean, friendly, and highly communicative practice. Dr. Mak is a skilled professional who clearly cares about his patients… even taking the time to call and check in after my appointment. Scheduling was a breeze too even for a last minute visit. Highly recommended for anyone in the Marco Island or Naples community!
