We had a remarkable experience with J. Francis Builders. This remark is based on our collaboration from the initial meeting with Team J. Francis to our final walkthrough and moving in our new custom home. Needless to say, due to the scope of new construction, you need a partnership with your Builder, Project Manager, Interior Designer and all others involved. You expect a handful of surprises; however, this was not the case with J. Francis. Their communication and follow-up were excellent throughout the entire project. Truly a positive experience and we would highly recommend J. Francis Builders to build your new home.
We moved into our new J Francis built home in August, and we couldn’t be happier with the home and J Francis. Once we decided on the Hartness community, I began researching the builders that were approved to build there. In less that 24 hours from the time I filled out an online information request I received a phone call from Jimmy Francis. The warmth and genuine interest in us and our desires for a new home that came through on that phone call were clear throughout the building process. Jimmy has assembled a team of professionals, subcontractors, vendors and associated firms that all reflect the attention to detail and extraordinary service that is a hallmark of his business. Our Project Manager was over-the-top terrific. He accommodated our every request no matter how big our small. When the rare hiccup occurred, he was quick to phone and tell us and was already well along the way to fixing it. My wife and I are frugal spenders, sticklers for details and place a high value on relationships and service quality. Wow did we hit the jackpot with J Francis Builders—we could not recommend them more highly!

From our first consult to getting a finished home Jimmy Zach and team went over and above to make sure we an active partner in every step. Where we lacked expertise, they provided every resource we needed to make informed decisions. They never made us feel we were just another customer. From the very first meeting that we had with them, we were impressed with their communication skills. The building of our home by JFrancis Builders turned out to be a wonderful experience. The project manager was a real problem solver who was very attentive to detail and calm throughout the entire build. Communication was excellent: we were kept abreast of progress as well as having our questions and concerns answered in a timely manner and with integrity.
