We had such a great experience with Korelle while getting our stud earrings repaired! She was incredibly friendly, personable, and made the entire process so easy and comfortable. Her customer service stood out because she was genuinely helpful without ever being pushy or trying to upsell instead of repair. She took the time to answer our questions, explained everything clearly( even when he couldn't figure out how to twist the back properly) and made us feel valued as customers. We actually go to her for all of our jewelry purchases because we trust her completely and always know we’ll have a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is both professional and so warm and approachable. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend working with her! Can't wait for the next big purchase 🤫

Joseph Littlejohn at the Greenville SC, Haywood mall location was outstanding. He treated me and my wife both with the utmost respect and appreciation, unlike I’ve seen in a very long time. His knowledge of both the diamond market and specifically wedding bands/engagement rings was impressive. He cleans my wife’s ring and fitted me for a wedding band. He as personable, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like I wanted to give him my business above anyone else my wife and I have dealt with. Just felt like he should be recognized for being a top notch professional, representative of the company he represents.
