I couldn't ask for a better or more exquisite experience than the one we had at Helzberg Diamonds in Greenville, South Carolina. Last year, for our 39th anniversary, my husband honored me with a new engagement ring. Our sales associate, Debbie, was incredible; she didn't just sell us a ring—she selected the perfect one. It wasn't at all what I originally had in mind, but because Debbie took the time to understand our faith, our journey, and our artistic style, we found "the one" together. This year, while celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, we returned to have the ring cleaned and checked under our care contract. We met with Debbie again, and she showed us a ring enhancer that fit my engagement ring perfectly. It became the ultimate gift for our milestone year. We also had the pleasure of speaking with one of the store managers, Suzanne. Both she and Debbie impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. We never felt rushed or treated like "just another customer"—they made us feel like family. Thank you for making our anniversary so special; we will treasure these pieces for years to come and will certainly be back!

Had a great experience I wanted to share. My husband purchased my engagement, ring and wedding band set in 2015, along with the warranty. Sadly, I lost the wedding band at some point and got a replacement through my personal property insurance, also purchased what I thought was the exact same wedding band at Helzberg. Long story short, that replacement was not good quality. I came in to share my concerns recently and Jackson was amazing. He validated my concerns and expressed concern. He took it to the store manager, she found the (almost) exact ring online and agreed to replace it under warranty, and even went as far as to add some customization to it to make it identical. All free of cost to me under warranty. I just picked it up today and walked away not paying a dime. All that to say, super happy with the Helzberg Diamonds store in the Haywood Mall. I truly feel like I can trust them with my money and feel like buying from them is worth every penny. Thank you, Jackson and the store manager, for taking care of me!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jackson and Mrs. Debbie at the jewelers. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without any pressure. Jackson was very attentive and helped guide me through the options, while Mrs. Debbie added such a warm and personal touch to the entire experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I want to thank Debbie and Abbie for the great experience. I bought an engagement ring and they made me feel like family. Me and my fiancé are expecting a baby girl in Aug and when I told them they both were ecstatic and told me I made a great choice. They are Christians which is very important to me because I am a God fearing man. Abbie told me everything happens for a reason and Debbie told me God is good all the time. They both deserve compensation!!!!
