We have purchased jewelry from Jared’s for 10 + years now. Always greeted at the door, love that can come in and get my rings cleaned and checked. They usually have a handful of good deals during the year. Staff is very helpful with questions and help looking for specific items.
I ordered a special Marathon watch from Canada, and because it required specialized tools, several places couldn’t size it or remove the links. Taylor at Jared’s was able to help, and the experience was excellent. She was kind, professional, and took great care of my watch. It fits perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Taylor, for making the process so easy!
My boyfriend got me this weekend for Christmas, unfortunately before two months it started to have wear and tear on it and the prongs broke on one side. My boyfriend passed February 3rd, so this ring holds more sentimental value more now than it ever will. I called them and they told me to come right up and see how they could help me. I explained my situation with my boyfriend and the ring. They allowed me to purchase a warranty instead of the price they originally quoted to fix it. They went above and beyond for me, this establishment i cant thank enough for fixing and helping me out with this ring that is now one of the only things i have left from him. Taylor was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! As soon as we walked in the door (group of 4) she immediately greeted us and it was on from there! Every question we had was answered, every ring we wanted to see, no matter what side of the store it was on from us, we got to see it. I found my dream ring saturday and it was the BEST experience we had that day!!!! 10/10 I would recommend this Jared and Taylor all day everyday!! The customer service, offerings, everything was untouchable! Super happy with our service and we definitely plan to stay Jared customers from here on!
