Date of service 12 Sept 2021 The Jones family first impression began when they were able come to my home in within 60 minutes or less. The empathy from his son upon arrival filled the room as he gave my mother tender hearted care from the bed into the hearse. Working along side Carlos was an experience everyone should have when a loved one transitions. He was very empathetic and was avaliable at all times. His attention to detail and his ability to enhance our vision and more was exceptional. The facial makeup on my mom was flawless in addition to her regalia. The entire process was seamless and transparent from the time my mom's body was picked up until the time she was laid to rest. Thank you Carlos for holding our hand through our darkness hour. The staff is a blessing. I just was so stressed about everything planning a funeral I’ve never had to do before. But, Mr. Jones puts your mind at ease and helped me every step of the way with my Father’s service. It’s so many more things I can say but, I will keep it short. This is the only funeral home in three counties willing to cremate my nephew after my sister lost him at 16 weeks pregnant. The staff at Jones went above and beyond to dignify my sister and her lost pregnancy and child. All others wouldn’t even consider him a person unless he was 20 weeks. So grateful for people like these!
