Hapa replaced our entryway grass with artificial turf. They exceeded our expectations. They were very thorough, transparent and explained the project from start to finish. Their work was meticulous and well planned. They cleaned up every day and were respectful of noise and privacy. We shopped around and Hapa's prices were the most reasonable. i would not hesitate to use them again.
We reached out to Hapa Landscaping several months ago about a project and while we did not end up hiring them at the time, I always remembered how professional Santiago was throughout the entire process. Because of that positive first impression, we decided to use them for a recent landscaping project, and I'm so glad we did. From start to finish, the entire team was genuinely great to work with. The owner (Santiago) , operations manager (Ace), office manager (Makenna) and installation crew (Matt, Kapana, and Adam) were responsive, friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Hapa was also willing to work within our budget, which we really appreciated. Matt, who led the installation took the time to point out things we hadn't considered, which helped ensure we ended up with the best possible result. The finished project exceeded our expectations. While quality landscaping is an investment, the end result is absolutely worth the cost. Santiago and his team were on top of everything from day 1! Everything went smoothly and as planned. From bare dirt to a beautifully designed tropical garden in a few short weeks. Special thanks to Dylan who was there every day to ensure all was well and patiently went over each detail with me even through all the change orders!! Highly recommend this company!
Hapa Landscaping was a pleasure to work with! I scheduled time with them to fix a drainage issue in our backyard along a wall that separates the outdoor covered patio from the upper yard. The team they sent was professional and hard working. They got the job done quickly and with quality results. I highly recommend Hapa Landscaping!
Although I didn’t use hapa landscaping due to scheduling timeline. I love their work. Their quote was very detailed and in line with the market pricing. I really appreciated the level of detail they put into the quote. They were also very responsive and timely to my quote requests! Santi was great to work with on the quote side.
