As a person who has never used a laundromat before, it seems like a very nice place. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the machines were all running. It is well lit and had spot to sit insure and outside. The café is a nice touch. I brought my 4 kids 12 and under with me. They had plenty of toys, games, and books to occupy them. My only suggestion is that the washers and dryers would be labeled and how to use them spelled out for those of us who are first timers. Lol

It didn't live up to the hype. If there were no expectations and only focused on laundry I would say it's great. The machines were very clean, it didn't smell overpowering, they are quick and efficient. We brought our 2 year old to play in the outdoor play area and I wouldn't recommend. There were quite a few dangers. I picked up a pack of safety pins that were strewn all over in the play area. The kids area was disheveled and muddy. The lounge area had more hazards like light strings hanging all the way to the ground and open outlets with plugs hanging halfway out. We wanted a panini but they had no prices and the worker wasn't very friendly so we didn't want to bother her. My son liked pushing the little truck around. The medium machines were $8 and the dryer took only 15 minutes to dry a comforter, blankets, and our couch covers which are pretty heavy. Just go for the machines with no expectation and it's fine.

Recently, my kid’s and I visited the Green Laundry Lounge for the first time, and honestly, I’m still dreaming of going back. Yes, dreaming, and I can’t believe I’m evening saying that about a laundromat. I had a king-size comforter to wash, so I brought a few big blankets and towels to knock out all at once. I’ve been to a lot of laundromats over the years - our family lived and traveled in a camper for a while, and I spent countless hours each week doing laundry. The worst part back then was keeping my kids entertained while being stuck in the car, not wanting them to run around inside or leave all our belongings unattended. Folding was impossible, and it was always a “toss it in a basket and get out” kind of situation. The Green Laundry Lounge completely changed the way I think about doing laundry. It was so easy to bring in our baskets, and I loved that the washers and dryers take tap-to-pay with no app or WiFi needed. The washers and dryers are affordable. Then my kids discovered the play area-with toys! The restrooms were super clean (which never happens in a laundromat), and right through the window was a little outdoor play area they also enjoyed. The ladies working the side of the laundromat that washes and drys your clothes for you were so nice and quick to help me when I need help starting the machine. Then I found the coffee shop. You can access it from inside the laundromat down a small hallway, and it was absolutely adorable-decorated for Christmas, pink tablecloths on the tables, and even a fireplace. I actually forgot I was in a laundromat. I ordered a crepe, a bubbly drink recommended by the barista, and a panini. My kids were thrilled, and we all got to enjoy a little meal together while my laundry was still going. I can’t get over how perfect this setup is. While our clothes were drying, I ordered another drink. I stepped away for just a moment to add more time to the dryer, and before I even finished, the lovely barista brought my drink directly to me. I was so grateful! I absolutely love it here. If you ever come to my home and see a pile of laundry, it’s only because I’m waiting for an excuse to go back. Even my kids asked if we could come back every day. And the cherry on top? I actually had time - and space - to fold all of our laundry.

Absolutely loved using this laundromat. We had high expectations and the assistance we got lived up to it. The staff helped us figure out what washers and dryers to use based on our load size. The space is clean, inviting and gives some excitement to a very mundane task. Over here finding reasons to do laundry now 😄 the coffee was also super delicious and better than any coffee cafe I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Soooooo hot 😭 I’ve been quite a few times in the last month or so and every time it’s hotter inside than it is outside. I asked some staff about it and they keep saying the AC is broken and apparently won’t be getting fixed 🤷‍♀️ probably can’t go back because I feel like I’m going to pass out just waiting for my laundry 😡 definitely can’t come with the kiddos because it’s not safe to be sitting in that type of heat
