Lauristons has been most helpful in the purchase of my flat and I highly recommend their service. Polly was very responsive and supportive throughout the process to get the transaction over the line. After agreeing to the contract, the process to completion was also handled very efficiently, with regular follow ups with relevant parties and progress updates to keep me in the loop, which was very reassuring. Thanks again Polly and the rest of the Lauristons team for helping to take the stress out of the process so I could focus on enjoying my new home.

I have found Lauristons to be very efficient and reliable in selling my home. I’ve had great experiences both buying and selling with Lauristons. The agents are always professional and helpful. When buying, they understood what we were looking for and only showed us properties that fit our criteria and budget. When selling they went above and beyond to get us a good sale. Myah and Polly stayed in regular contact so we always knew what was happening. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Wimbledon area.

I initially put my house on the market 2 years ago with a different estate agent and struggled to even get any viewings. I was told by my estate agent that the problem was the market. As a result, I took it off. In September last year, I decided to try again. Polly from Lauristons was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't expecting anything to happen quickly given my previous experiences. However, when I met Polly I realised quite soon that she was very experienced and very knowledgeable. It took 4 weeks from my house going on the market to getting an offer I was happy with. Without a shadow of a doubt this was because of Polly. I can't say the experience was straightforward - there were quite a few minor setbacks throughout the process but I do think having an experienced and capable estate agent made the difference.

Very good experience with Lauristons - we had dealt with Claire and Ben in different office and they were efficient, responsive, friendly and engaging. Special thanks to Polly in the Wimbledon office, who had went above and beyond to help us arrange viewings and understood our needs quite well. Although eventually we have bought our property somewhere else, that was purely due to other agent had listed our ideal property outside Wimbledon. We are certainly very happy with the service we have received and if given the right property, we would be very happy to choose Lauristons to help us navigate the complex property searching process.
