Class was excellent! As someone w a few replaced parts (ok a bunch), being able to 'modify' poses was key for me. It was the perfect blend of movement and stretching. Loved the atmosphere ❤️
I've been twice now to Hot Power Pilates with HIIT with Mia and it is SUCH a good workout! I leave in a great mood and exhausted in the best way! Will definitely be back.
WOW!!! Dennis was incredible- high energy and clear instruction. I enjoyed the challenge and his way of pushing you to your limit. I look forward to returning and trying more classes. Very clean and organized studio. 100% recommend!
As a certified yogi I can honestly say this is the most beautifully energetic yoga studio perfectly conducive for healing and movement and the ideal platform for the practice I love both taking classes here and teaching them 💗🧘♂️☀️
Love coming to Dani’s classes. The energy, the music and Dani’s motivating attitude really keeps you coming back and pushing yourself. And the “HOT” aspect really takes it up a notch. I’m glad I finally found a studio I like and keeps me wanting to come back class after class.
