May 2026 I’m thoroughly disappointed. TLDR: My time and money wasted. I spent 1.5 hours and $80 just for a gel removal of hands and feet, only regular polish on feet. After finishing I directly confronted the lady and 3 of them shut me down saying I asked for no manicure… therefore they didn’t finish???? I walked out bawling my eyes out. Went in for a pedicure and manicure without colour. Walked in when there was only 1 customer, i also called in prior to make sure it wasn’t busy. Pedicure was mediocre and she painted my nails in such a rush that the colour ended up bleeding. I still have dead skin and build up on my toes and under nails. As for hands, the lady drilled my nails so sooooooo thin it bent down 90° when she was wiping my hands. In the end they didn’t even finish cutting around cuticles, doing a soak or buffing. I had to ask twice for someone to finish it off as my previous gel was still on my nails. Photos attached below. A message to the business. Please have someone who is able to clearly communicate and confirm details. 1.5 hours for removal is not necessary. I’m genuinely so upset I don’t know what to do and I ended up being late for work. I get my nails done here all the time and each time I am given exactly what I have asked for, the staff are super friendly to me even if I’m not very talkative and stay silent through most of the appointment. Typically I come with a friend and they are more then happy to do ours at the same time so we can get done and out together overall I am more then happy with my experiences and I will keep continuing to come back.

Amazing job by Anna for manicure and pedicure by a little lady whose name i couldn't catch. Beautiful atmosphere and warm welcoming staff, I have had my nails done in pretty much all nail salons in city of bendigo but I simply couldn't recommend this one enough for their great hard work, kindness and understanding, yes a little more pricey but tbh i dont mind paying the money as long as they are done properly and with care, i went to the far right nail salon next to sketchers at the marketplace first and pretty much walked out immediately as the girl Mina was so rude and abrupt specially infront of my little girl which i did NOT like, glad i walked out and tried here instead..Love my nails thank you Anna. Xx

⸻ I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit this salon. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which makes each visit so enjoyable. A special mention to Linda, who consistently does my nails beautifully every time. The place is also clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. I can’t wait for my next appointment! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Terrible service. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the result was horrendous. The process took less than an hour, there was no exfoliation, no cuticle cleaning, nothing. The length of my nails is uneven. The whole job was rushed and careless. It was my first time there and I will never go back
