Really bad quality & service wise, customer service is subpar (at best) as well. The reason for all the good reviews is the salon is offering clients a chance to enter a raffle. Unfortunately a chop shop all around just with nicer decorations. They reuse dirty tools used on other clients, I watched as they did not clean the pedi bowl & had another client step in right after. I just could not advise you to run away from this place any quicker.
I absolutely love Venus Nails and Spa! I always get designs, and they never disappoint, they really take their time and make sure every detail is perfect. I also get the tap gel, and my nails always come out beautiful and last so well. Their pedicures are amazing too, especially the seasonal options, they’re so relaxing and always a great experience. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I always leave happy and getting compliments on my nails. Highly recommend!
It was okay I guess, the nails look fine even though she missed the sides of half the nails, what really got me was the lack of price transparency. These are not 65 dollar nails, and they charge for extra length, I attached images. The skin around my nails was also left very dry so that kinda sucks. Overall be aware they will over charge and not be upfront about it.
Every time I come here, I am seen promptly at my appointment time. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t make an appointment, but that’s mostly because I like to have a set time to know I’ll be seen. Yuri is SO sweet and really takes her time when doing my nails. She makes sure it’s the exact color and shape I want and can tell if I like it or not, by just looking at my face. I will be getting a pedicure tomorrow, so I will leave a review on that soon. Overall, I have loved my time coming here!! :) The always have specials or welcome gifts, so definitely stop by and check them out.
Tan is my nail tech! I have been with him since the opening of this location. He’s the best! Polygel (Tap Gel) nails for a fill with a design and a basic pedicure with gel toes can be approximately $160 almost $200 with a tip. They last 3 weeks no lifting, chipping or breakage. 10/10 will recommend.
