I want to say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service by Erica in June, 2026. There was a problem with my metal notary embosser and after checking to make sure there was nothing I could do to fix the problem with the sliding latch to keep the embosser closed, Erica promptly and efficiently took care of getting another embosser ordered which I received in a couple of days. My only complaint is not with the companyor service but with the manufacturer. Plastic is inferior to use on the sliding latch to keep the embosser closed for obvious reasons. It would be great to have that relayed to the manufacturer. Thank you Erica, much appreciated.

My customer service experience was top tier. I had a client request a last minute notarization and I ran into a few complications trying to get that done. I called AAN several times in the span of an hour to try to reach them before they closed. Each time, the phone was answered promptly by a real person (no phone tree or AI assistant, hallelujah) and was helped swiftly and with ease. I was assisted by three different ladies, all of whom were very helpful (Crystal, Arielle, and another whose name is escaping me). I am very impressed with this service, so much so that I wrote a review.
Evelin with the Support Team was able to help me understand the renewal process and walked me through it answering all my questions. She was able to figure out quickly what the issue I was having.
