I called late yesterday to schedule an appointment, and not only did someone answer the phone, but they were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM today, and they arrived right on time. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected work emergency and needed to push the appointment back an hour to 10:00 AM. Instead of canceling or leaving, they waited for me without hesitation. That level of patience and customer service is hard to find these days. Because of the character, professionalism, and punctuality this company has shown, I honestly don’t care what they charge—I’ll continue using them whenever I need electrical services. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely values its customers the way they do. A special shoutout to Eric Brown for driving over 40 minutes to meet with me. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed and speaks volumes about the company. Highly recommend!
