I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store, and I have to give a special shoutout to Aaliyah for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, and you can tell she truly cares about helping customers. The store itself was clean, organized, and efficient, but Aaliyah really made the experience stand out. She answered all my questions, made the process smooth, and had a great attitude the entire time. If you’re coming to this location, I highly recommend asking for Aaliyah — she’ll take great care of you. Definitely one of the best UPS experiences I’ve had.

I called in The UPS Store to ask about renting a mailbox, and the staff were excellent. They were friendly, really helpful, clearly explained everything I needed and checked my documents. The whole process was straightforward and I was able to get set up without any hassle. Great customer service — highly recommended!
Nadeem was a huge relief and an incredible help with our work mail‑out project. He may not have originally designed the thank you cards, but he took the time to work with us on every edit, often turning revisions around within the same day. When it came time to mail everything out, he helped ensure all items were organized and processed in a very reasonable timeframe. As a business, we were extremely impressed with how smooth and seamless the entire process was.
Outstanding service — went above and beyond! I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store at McKinney Place Garage. We needed three large mounted posters printed on a tight deadline, and the owner personally called me to coordinate the order before he left town. That kind of hands-on, personal attention is almost unheard of these days. The posters turned out absolutely beautiful — the print quality was exceptional and the mounting was flawless. He clearly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, the communication was smooth, the turnaround was fast, and the results exceeded our expectations.
