If I was just reviewing the actual staff there, this would be five stars as they did their job well. However, this is for who I am Assuming is the manager The lady in the black sweater today 04/08/26. As there was a line for people waiting to drop off packages, you decided to wave someone you obviously knew who had just walked in, ahead of everybody and help them first, then proceed to go about whatever else you were doing as we all waited to drop off our packages. I don’t think that is standard procedure for the UPS store. If you can help your friend get in and out in a timely manner you can help the rest of the guest as well. This action makes you look bad from a customer point of view and rightfully so. Do better
Store always late to open. Today they opened at 9:24am, when opening hours are posted as 9am. I was present at 9am and watched 7 people leave frustrated that they were not yet open. It is absurd that this is allowed to happen continually.
Just came in here Monday afternoon to drop off a couple packages. Seemed like at the moment one girl was running the place but she was doing an excellent job! Shorter young girl with black hair and glasses. Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable in every aspect of her job, and was multitasking with ease! Had an answer for everyone before me in line and was moving at a great pace. Need more people like this in postal service!
Went in and the team wasn’t helpful at all. No eye contact and just plain rude! I can see why the rating is low based on the service.
Terrible place, we went to this store to get a printout of a document. Our experience was terrible, they asked us to email the document to them, in spite of sending multiple times, they said they did not receive it, we sent it again using an another device ,and they said they did not receive it. We have waited for a long period of time without any luck.
