The UPS employee at 9476 Hwy 6 South, store #7044, made me feel at home, greeting me with a smile when I entered the store on a rainy day! He processed my Amazon return and also took care of the package I had to ship to my sister. He was very friendly and personable! And on my way out the door, he wished me a great day!
Full of greetings when entering the store ! Samuel is so helpful he makes my day when I walk into the store. He makes it very easy for me to find my returns or having a difficult time. Thank goodness for him. Also, the staff is very friendly and service is quickly filled. Maria S :)
I had an issue with a Next Day package that ended up taking 3 days to arrive, and I was really frustrated. Thankfully, the store manager Ali stepped in and took care of everything. He followed up promptly, was kind and professional, and made sure I was refunded right away. Ali truly went above and beyond to make things right, and I appreciated how respectful and appreciative he was throughout the process. Excellent customer service — thank you, Ali!
This store charges $2.00 for taping the box. Everyone should be aware of. I have never heard or known any businesses would do anything like this. I believe that the owner should do this business in India.
I visited this store today to drop off a return. I already had a prepaid QR code for UPS to ship my item. When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to package the return. That was fine—I purchased an envelope they had available for $4.99 and got back in line. At the counter, the sales associate was assisting another customer with printing documents. While still helping that customer, he proceeded to check me out at the same time. As a result, I was incorrectly charged for both my envelope and that customer’s printing services. When I brought this to management’s attention, I was told the associate did nothing wrong and that the additional charges were for “Computer Use 1–15 min” and “8.5x14 Copies” related to printing my label. However, this is incorrect—I already had a prepaid QR code for my return, so no printing service should have been necessary or charged. I was wrongfully charged $3.74. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the staff denied any fault. I have my receipt and proof of the prepaid QR code.
