Highly recommend this group for pediatric speech and occupational therapy! My daughter has received services at PHHT for over 5 years. Most recently, she has seen Ms. Amy regularly for occupational therapy. We notice so much growth in her motor skills, handwriting, and ability to complete daily functioning tasks. Ms. Amy is the right combination of fun and pushy. She makes the work a game, and turns crafts into learning opportunities. She has been committed to our services and keeping the schedule. Previously, we received speech therapy from Ms. Jodie. She is a ray of sunshine and brightens any kid’s day. She has great expertise in advanced language disorders. My daughter has greatly benefited from her time with PHHT. I am forever grateful.
We have had a great experience here with Ning ! She is very knowledgeable, skilled and gentle with our baby. We started coming here when our baby was 4 months old and seeing her has been so helpful in correcting torticollis and avoiding a helmet. It was hard to find a pediatric physical therapist that was in network with insurance, so if you are looking, this is the place ! Highly recommend.
My son was diagnosed with torticollis and we began taking him to Helping hands when he was about 4 months old. Ms. Ning saw our son weekly until he was about 1 years old. Ms. Ning is such a great person and therapist to work with. She is patient, kind, and truly enjoys working with children and adults. We were seen promptly during each visit and Ms. Ning gave us recommendations for helping our son meet his developmental milestones. Since the office is fairly small, we liked being able to text or call if we needed to reschedule or if we were running late, and they were very accommodating. I definitely recommend Helping Hands and Ms. Ning, we will miss seeing her!
Sadly, this place deletes or pays to have reviews removed. The therapist is very good but if your child goes from out of pocket or private insurance to Medicaid the change in care and attitude shows. I have proof of them removing my review and they should be embarrassed to have done that. After my review NOBODY reached out to clarify. I do not recommend this place.
