a/c went out on a saturday morning. called them expecting to wait until monday for appointment, but they had someone out within 2 hours of my call. jp came out and diagnosed the issue (blower) quickly. my inside unit was 20+ years old and outside unit was 9 years old. met with dan monday morning to go over options; new inside unit only or whole new system. we financed a new full system within minutes and set the install for two days later. installers, daniel and noah, got here in the first hour of a 2hr window and were done, cleaned up, and house cooling in four hours. this was my first time dealing with this company and i have to say it was amazing to see the kind of excellent service they provided! i can see why they have such high reviews on google maps. great to see a company that takes pride in their work. prompt, professional service; i def recommend this company

My dual capacitor burst on a hot Sunday. Dakota arrived on time, explained everything and showed me what he was doing, he was friendly and had great customer service.

I had a great experience working with Dan and his team from One Hour. I feel like the prices were reasonable and they helped me find the best solution possible to replace the HVAC in my house and make sure the house was ventilated well. I will definitely recommend them!

We recently called our one hour to both my house and my mom’s house. The technician who came out was great, fair price and quick service. He did give us a price with a maintenance plan at first and made it seem there was no other option until I asked some questions. He didn’t push but it was interesting to me. At the other house though, a new unit is needed and we agreed that it was needed because we have been trying to patch it along for years. These guys were out priced by $3,000. They were prompt to get the quote and prompt to help. They were also pushy about getting a copy of the competitor’s quote to “sharpen their pencil”. I understand sales, I work in sales. We can’t “sharpen our pencil” in my line of work. I told the guy I would check with my husband and see if he would allow me to send the quote. Then the next day I got a text… and the next day a call. All to get the competitors quote. Then in the call he says “ I don’t need the company just the brand and price.” I tell him and he asks me who is handling that. I remind him that he told me he didn’t need the company… and he admitted to trying to get the information. Here’s a tip, get quotes from your competitors yourself, do market research, practice telling other companies “no”; don’t pester your customers. I won’t recommend this company simply on their standards of customer service. People want honesty and integrity and take a no for a no, it’s all a numbers game.
