The experience with OC was very frustrating and filled with unmet expectations. Communication with Emily was great and she always stayed in touch. Communication amongst and with workers was lacking. We were told that adding crown molding would be no problem and that they would even update and replace a piece of existing molding in our home so that everything in the living room would match. Not only did that not happen, they were unable to do the molding addition without adding in (and charging us for) giant corner pieces. The molding is now and has been separated from the ceiling. In addition, we replaced our stairs and landing. When they did this there was now a gap between the floor and door. We had to ask for molding to cover the gap because they were going to leave it. After adding the molding piece there was still a gap beneath the door frame so we reached out to see if there were any solutions. I asked them basically to just fill the gap so it would be flush and we could try to stain and transition it as best we could. When we came back to look at the door they had cut a chunk out of our door frame and added a block so now we are left with a mashed up mess (see attached). I’m not trying to be overly negative but if something was out of your scope or those of your workers I would rather be told that than having a mess left to clean up afterwards.

Angelo and JD came to my home today to hang three mounted deer heads in our two-story den as well as a few other, very heavy mirrors and mounted pieces. They were on time, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They had all the necessary tools in their van, nothing was an issue at all. I would highly recommend these two gentleman with Owners Choice Repair & Remodel.

Owners choice did a great job seeing through my home renovation project as I got my place ready to sell. This included bathroom renovations, flooring replacement, light fixtures, electrical, plumbing, outside siding fixes, and a new handrail for my front door among other things. Their customer service is top notch compared with other contractors I have worked with and Jason and Emily made sure all the work I asked for was properly scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The technicians working in my home treated my space with respect, showed up on schedule, and didn’t leave a mess when they were done. Dustin, Alex, JD, Dylan, Andrew, and Angelo all deserve praise for the hard work they put in. I’d like to give a special shout out to Dustin and Alex for graciously offering to help me move my couch to make way for painting I was having done (by a different company). They offered to come by after their normal work hours and assist me and I am very appreciative of the extra effort as they had no obligation to do so. I’d definitely recommend owners choice to others in the area for a great experience.

The Owners choice team coordinated a project at our home in Caesars head and I cannot say enough about how professional they were and what an excellent job they did. I highly recommend them. The team of Alex, Angelo, JD and Dylan were exceptional! Thank you!!!!!!
