I reached out about getting a quote for painting the interior of a commercial office and they didn't even respond. I had to call them and the lady who answered the phone said if you didn't receive a response same day that means he doesn't want the job. How rude, if you're not able to do the job you should at least respond saying that instead of not responding at all. That is bad business and I wouldn't recommend them.
